01 / Planning your project
Help us identify the cause.
Explain whether the problem appeared suddenly or has developed over time. A photograph of the whole blind, the affected component and any model label is usually more useful than a description of the colour alone.
Do not force a jammed blind or dismantle a powered system. If there is an exposed electrical fault, stop using the product and obtain suitable assistance. Our team will explain what information can be gathered safely.
02 / Planning your project
Check the cover before agreeing paid work.
The installation and workmanship guarantee is six months, with a twelve-month product guarantee. Motors and electrical components have twelve months or the applicable longer manufacturer’s warranty. These voluntary guarantees sit alongside statutory rights.
We assess the issue before deciding whether a repair, replacement part or paid maintenance visit is appropriate. We do not charge for a remedy that you are legally entitled to receive without charge.
03 / Planning your project
Parts and maintenance are product-specific.
Replacement chains, controls, louvres or mechanisms must be compatible with the original system. Availability can change with the age and make of the product, so we cannot promise a repair before identifying the part.
Our repair service is for products supplied by AdamsBlinds. If another company supplied the blind, contact that supplier about repair support; we can separately discuss replacing the complete product if that is what you need.
