Yes. Initial estimates by email or WhatsApp are free. Send photographs, your postcode, approximate quantities and any known dimensions. The specification and any necessary survey are confirmed before ordering.

Surveys are usually free. Where charged, the fee is £150 including VAT, agreed before booking and credited against an order that proceeds. The appointment policy explains cancellation and refund rights.

Our normal minimum project value is £500, although exceptions are considered individually. Include your requirements and we will confirm whether we can help.

No. Our survey is for our supply-and-fitting work. We do not offer measuring-only appointments that provide dimensions for an outside order.

We can assess suitable customer-supplied products for installation-only work. Send product details, component photographs and information about the windows before we agree the fitting.

No. Repairs and replacement components are offered for products supplied by AdamsBlinds, subject to assessment and availability.

Standard blinds typically take two to four weeks and shutters eight to twelve weeks. Specialist and exterior systems are discussed individually. The expected timing is confirmed with your order and remains an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The standard arrangement is 50% on order, with the remainder before installation to secure the appointment. Orders above £2,500 including VAT are normally paid in full on order unless agreed otherwise. Your written payment schedule confirms the arrangement.

No. The registered office is not a showroom and does not accept visitors. Consultations at your property are arranged through the team.
