Initial estimates are free.
Send the approximate quantity, product interests, postcode and photographs by the form, email or WhatsApp. We use these to prepare an initial indication and explain what needs confirming.
An estimate based on photographs or approximate sizes is provisional. A survey and a final agreed specification may change the recommendation or the quotation.

Surveys are usually free.
Where a survey charge applies, the fee is £150 including VAT. It is agreed before booking, payable before the visit and credited against an order that proceeds. We explain whether a fee applies to your particular job.
The fee is normally non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights and any refund due if the agreed service cannot be provided. The service terms explain those rights; a general “non-refundable” description does not remove them.
03 / Planning your project
The visit supports an AdamsBlinds order.
We check the windows and discuss the products, fitting position, controls and materials for our supply-and-installation work. We do not provide measuring-only appointments that hand over dimensions for an outside purchase.
Our usual minimum project value is £500, with exceptions considered individually. Tell us what you need rather than assuming a small project is automatically excluded.

Changing an appointment.
Contact info@adamsblinds.co.uk or 07849 709975 as soon as you know a date needs to change. We will discuss the circumstances, availability and any applicable terms before a revised arrangement is made.
Prepare the area for access and tell us about parking, security or building restrictions. Installation dates are arranged separately when the order position is clear.
