01 / Planning your project
Distinguish an opening size from an order size.
The width of a recess, the overall mechanism width and the fabric width are not interchangeable. Similar differences apply to shutter frames, tracks and specialist systems. Do not transfer measurements from one product type to another without checking.
We explain the information required for the product you are ordering. For supply-only work, you are responsible for confirming your submitted sizes, specification and compatibility before manufacture; we do not provide measuring-only visits for an outside installation.
02 / Planning your project
Order a complete, compatible system.
Consider the brackets, fixing position, control side, power and any required safety devices alongside the colour and fabric. A product needs to suit the window and the intended environment, not simply match the width.
Your installer should follow the instructions supplied and fit every required component. Electrical work and smart-control integration need suitable provision and competent installation; they are not included merely because a blind is motorised.
03 / Planning your project
Confirm delivery and check the order.
We agree expected production and delivery arrangements with the quotation. Large or specialist products may require particular handling, access or an agreed delivery contact. Delivery dates remain estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Check the products and paperwork on arrival and contact us promptly if something appears wrong. Made-to-measure cancellation restrictions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet the contract.
