01 / Planning your project
Use the room’s requirements to guide selection.
A consultation room needs a different privacy arrangement from a waiting area or administrative office. Tell us whether the treatment must block views, reduce glare or support a darker environment for particular work.
We discuss the actual material and mechanism, including surfaces that can be cleaned using the method your organisation requires. A fabric should not be described as antimicrobial, clinical-grade or suitable for a particular disinfectant without the appropriate evidence.

Consider controls and access.
The people operating the blind may have different reach, mobility or dexterity. Wand operation, suitable motorisation and other control options can be considered alongside the room layout and the selected product.
Any specialist risk assessment or specification, including requirements in mental-health or other higher-risk settings, must be supplied at the start. A standard blind is not automatically suitable for every healthcare environment.
03 / Planning your project
Work within the site’s procedures.
Share induction, hygiene, access and room-availability requirements before installation is planned. We agree the work area, sequence and any product-removal requirements with the responsible contact.
A schedule of rooms and window photographs helps us scope the initial enquiry. The final quotation identifies the agreed products and services, including any items that require a separate specialist contractor.
