How do I book an appointment?
Complete the orange 'Book an Appointment' form on the right-hand-side of this page (or above, if you are on a mobile device) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. After you've submitted the form we will confirm receipt of your enquiry / booking via email straight away. (Please check your SPAM / BULK folder in case you can't see our email confirmation.)
What if I would like a quote before your visit?
If you would like to receive a quotation or a price estimate prior our visit we will ask for approximate measurements and / or photos. As soon as we've received them, we will email you a price estimate in the shortest period of time possible for your review.
If you'd like to go ahead just book an appointment and we will visit you to take accurate measurements and show you fabric samples / colour options, answer your questions.
How long does the survey take measuring takes and what's next?
The survey usually takes 15-45 minutes to complete. Once the measurements have been taken and the type of blind(s), fabrics, and colours selected, we will email you a final quotation together with a proforma invoice to take a 50% part (deposit) payment. As soon as the payment is cleared we will process your order. We will then contact you to organise an appointment for our fitters to attend and fit your blinds.

What if I am unable to email you photos?
If you have several windows and it is not possible for you to take photos or send approximate measurements then we will arrange an appointment to visit you. We will take accurate measurements and show you fabric samples, colour options, advise you on blind types and email you a quotation on the same day.
