How do I book an appointment?
Please complete the 'Book an Appointment' Form on the right-hand-side of this page (or above if you are on a mobile device) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. After you've submitted the form we will confirm receipt of your enquiry / booking via email straight away. (Please check your SPAM / BULK folder in case you can't see our email confirmation.)
What if I would like a quote before your visit?
If you would like to receive a quotation or price estimate prior our visit we will ask for approximate measurements and / or photos. As soon as we've received them, we will email you our quotation usually on the same day.
Once our price estimate / quote is accepted we will visit you to take accurate measurements and show you fabric samples / colour options, answer your questions and take it from there.

What is meant by "accepting our quote"?
Rest assured at this stage you are not under any obligation to make a payment. We can offer you a pretty accurate quotation from the photos and measurements you send us, to give you an idea of our prices. The next step would be for a fitter to attend your property on appointment, to complete a survey of your windows / doors and to show you some samples. If you are dissatisfied with our service or samples then you need not take your enquiry any further.
How long does the survey take measuring takes and what's next?
The survey usually takes 15-45 minutes to complete. Once the measurements have been taken and the type of blind(s), fabrics, and colours selected, we will email you a final quotation together with a proforma invoice to take a 50% part (deposit) payment. As soon as the payment is cleared we will process your order. We will then contact you to organise an appointment for our fitters to attend and fit your blinds. Final payment is required within 5 days of job completion.
Do you charge for the measuring / quoting service?
This service is free of charge.
What if I can't send photos?
If you have several windows and it is not possible for you to take photos or send approximate measurements then we will arrange an appointment to visit you. We will take accurate measurements and show you fabric samples, colour options, advise you on blind types and email you a quotation on the same day.
