About this system
C24 combines an enclosed aluminium headbox with crank operation. The detachable handle can be stored away where access to the blind needs to be managed, while the cassette covers the roller and gives the window a tidy head detail.
This version has no side channels. It suits projects that need a protected roller and manual control but do not require a channel along each reveal. The fabric, barrel and cassette size are selected together for the opening.
Plan the handle position
The crank must be comfortable to reach and have room to turn. Tell us the mounting height, nearby obstructions and whether a handle should stay with each blind or be removed between uses.
Compare the channelled version
Where side light or fabric movement matters, C44 adds side channels to a crank-operated cassette arrangement. We can assess both options against the room’s use rather than assuming the most enclosed system is always necessary.
