Cookies and your choices

Why cookies are used

A cookie stores a small piece of information in your browser. In this section, essential cookies keep the form connected to its security checks and remember a choice you make. You can use the enquiry service without accepting optional analytics.

Essential cookies

ab_yd_collection_enquiry is a session cookie for the enquiry form. It supports the security question, anti-forgery checks and submission feedback. It is restricted to /yd-collection/, cannot be read by page JavaScript and is marked Secure on the live HTTPS website. It normally lasts for the browser session, although browser session-restoration settings may preserve it.

ab_yd_collection_consent remembers the choice made through the cookie controls. It is restricted to /yd-collection/ and is set for up to one year. Clearing cookies in your browser removes that saved choice.

Blocking the enquiry session cookie may prevent the form from working. You can still contact info@adamsblinds.co.uk or telephone 07849 709975.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics, when enabled here, helps us understand visits and how pages are used. Its code does not load until you allow analytics. The preference panel tells you when analytics has not been enabled for this section.

Section-specific analytics cookies are configured with the ab_yd_ prefix. Their duration depends on the Analytics configuration. Choosing Essential only prevents this section from loading optional analytics on later page loads and clears its recognised analytics cookies.

This section does not include advertising pixels or automatically loaded third-party video players. Opening an external link, including a WhatsApp link or a link inside a downloaded document, brings that service’s own cookie arrangements into play.

Change your preference

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to review or change your choice for YD Collection. You can also remove or block cookies through your browser settings.

The choice applies to /yd-collection/. It does not change cookie settings in other AdamsBlinds sections or on external websites.
