We welcome supply-only and supply-and-installation enquiries throughout the United Kingdom. Your postcode, the products involved and the scale of the work help us establish the service and delivery arrangements.

An enquiry is the starting point. Site access, travel, specialist requirements and installation availability are assessed before we confirm a quotation.

Discuss your requirements

For a single site or a wider programme

Give us the full site postcode and approximate quantities. For projects across several buildings, send a schedule showing each address, product requirement and any programme dates.

We can then discuss which surveys are needed, how the work may be grouped and what the quotation will cover. Delivery and installation dates are agreed for the actual order.

Components and supply-only orders

Supply-only products and components can be quoted for UK delivery. Please identify the model or part, quantities and delivery address. Lead time, delivery charges and any location-specific arrangements are confirmed with the quotation.

There is no published £500 minimum for component orders. Our usual £500 minimum concerns full supply-and-installation projects, with exceptions considered individually.

Specialist fitting is assessed individually

For anti-ligature products, healthcare systems or work with particular training or commissioning requirements, tell us the requirement before ordering. We confirm whether the proposed installation can be provided and what it includes.

Our national coverage describes the enquiries we handle. It does not imply a showroom or staffed branch in each place listed on this site.
