Supply and installation are available across the UK, subject to a project assessment. Specialist installation availability is confirmed individually before quotation.

An estimate before a visit

Initial estimates by email or WhatsApp are free. Approximate dimensions, quantities and photographs allow us to make the first discussion useful. An estimate remains provisional until the specification and any necessary survey are agreed.

Surveys are usually free. If a survey charge applies, we agree it before booking: £150 including VAT, payable before the visit and credited against a subsequent order. The service terms explain cancellation and refund arrangements.

Measure the opening and understand the fixing

A survey considers more than width and drop. Handles, opening lights, ceiling construction, recess depth, control position and maintenance access can all influence the design.

Electrical feeds, specialist access equipment, removal of existing products and work to the building fabric must be included expressly where needed. The quotation identifies the agreed scope.

Fit to the agreed programme

We confirm installation arrangements with you after the order details and payment schedule have been agreed. Sending the enquiry form requests an appointment; it does not reserve a date.

Our usual minimum for a full supply-and-installation project is £500, with exceptions considered individually. That minimum does not apply to component orders.
