About this system
VL65 uses a 230 V AC motor to turn and traverse the louvres. It can be useful for tall glazing, difficult-to-reach windows or rooms where several blinds need coordinated operation. The aluminium rail contains wheeled carriers, with a choice of single or split draw.
The fabric and louvre width determine the appearance and shading characteristics, while the motor and controls determine how the blind is used. We specify both together, including the power supply, operating method and preferred stack position.
Define the control arrangement
Tell us whether the blind should respond to a local switch, handset or a wider control system. Existing automation details are useful, because compatibility must be confirmed with the particular motor and interface.
Plan clearances and electrical access
The louvres need space to turn and stack, and the headrail needs a suitable fixing surface. Power and connection access should be planned before decoration or installation of fixed furniture.
