About this system
An angled window often needs a different approach from a rectangular blind. A sloping vertical system follows the head of the opening, with louvres made to the individual lengths needed below it. The appropriate rail and control are selected after assessing the shape.
This work normally requires a staged process: measure the opening, install the rail and take individual louvre measurements, then return to fit the finished louvres. Planning those stages from the start gives a more reliable result than estimating every louvre from one overall dimension.
Expect a staged installation
The published process allows a minimum of three site visits. Access and room availability need to be agreed for those stages, particularly on a building site or in an occupied commercial space.
Confirm operation for the slope
The angle, width, stack position and chosen control all affect how the finished blind can work. We will explain the agreed operating arrangement before the order; do not assume a shaped blind behaves exactly like a rectangular vertical.
