Product overview
About this system
F40 retracts sideways into a cassette, making it an option for a doorway where a vertically moving screen would be less convenient. The spring and decelerator control its return, with PVC-coated fibreglass mesh contained by the guide arrangement.
Before recommending it, we check the door’s opening direction, available side space and threshold detail. A screen in a frequently used doorway should be selected around the movement of people as well as the clear opening dimensions.
Consider the threshold
The lower guide and surrounding floor need to work with the doorway. Tell us about accessibility requirements, trolleys, regular deliveries or other traffic so the arrangement can be assessed before quotation.
Plan the cassette side
The cassette needs space beside the opening without conflicting with hinges, handles or a folded door leaf. Photographs from both inside and outside help identify the most suitable installation position.
