About this system
R20M places a 24 V DC motor inside the roller barrel. It offers an open roller appearance with powered operation, making it suitable for windows that are awkward to reach or rooms where several blinds should respond together. Fabric and bottom-bar choices allow the system to match the rest of the interior.
The power and control arrangement is part of the specification. We confirm the motor version, transformer or power-supply requirements, control method and cable route before the blind is ordered. That avoids selecting a blind independently from the electrical installation it needs.
Coordinate the electrical work
For a new build or refurbishment, send the window schedule and any proposed automation specification. We can identify the blind requirements for coordination with the responsible electrical contractor; connection work is agreed as part of the quotation.
Select fabric for the task
Motorisation changes how the blind is operated, not how the fabric handles light. Choose screen, dimout or blackout material according to the room’s needs, and compare a channelled cassette if edge light is a concern.
