About this system
C29 brings together a covered roller and battery operation. It is useful where the headbox should match the room’s finishes but installing a permanent mains feed at the window would be inconvenient. The motor and rolled fabric sit within the cassette, with a clean fabric face below.
Charging access and the required controls are part of the specification. We confirm the current battery motor, charger and any solar charging option before ordering, rather than assuming every accessory will suit every version.
Choose a practical charging method
The charging socket must remain reachable after the blind is installed. A solar accessory may be an option, but its suitability depends on the system and the available light; it should not be treated as a universal solution for high windows.
Consider the sides of the blind
C29 does not have full side channels. If keeping the edges guided is important, compare C49. We can also discuss suitable guide options where movement of the bottom bar is the main concern.
