Send the required model references, drawings and any project-specific requirements. If a specification is not yet complete, describe the setting and the function required so the next technical questions can be identified.

Anti-ligature describes a design intention within specified conditions. It is not a promise that every use, fixing or surrounding environment is free from risk.

Installation and commissioning belong in the brief

Manufacturer instructions may require trained personnel and completed-installation testing. These requirements should be identified before an order is placed, along with responsibility for the supporting surface, handover records and any future inspection programme.

We will state which elements are included in our quotation. Specialist training, certification and inspection services are not implied simply because the product appears in this catalogue.

Keep replacement parts matched to the system

For an existing installation, provide the model, age if known, mounting arrangement and photographs. A similar-looking bracket or accessory is not evidence of compatibility.

Original technical documents are available on the product pages. The supplied model and the instructions applicable to its version must match the final order.
