Treat the track and curtain as one system

Check the existing track profile, gliders, curtain hooks, support positions and required curtain drop. A disposable curtain must match the fixing arrangement; a product name or colour alone does not establish compatibility.

For new cubicle layouts, provide a marked plan showing bed positions, entrances, services and ceiling construction. Any support-track or intravenous accessory requirements should be identified separately.

Choose materials around the cleaning regime

Reusable, wipeable and disposable options meet different operational needs. Product-specific fabric data and care instructions help you compare them against your organisation’s cleaning policy.

Terms such as antibacterial or flame retardant apply to the identified material and test conditions. They do not replace your infection-control assessment or establish that the whole room is suitable for its intended use.

Define specialist requirements early

Anti-ligature products require an appropriate assessment, compatible fixings and the installation, commissioning and inspection arrangements specified for the system. Tell us about these requirements at enquiry stage so we can confirm what AdamsBlinds can provide for your project.
