About this system
Somme Blackout provides an opaque cellular finish within the Somme FR fabric family. It is a polyester material with a stated weight of 260 g/m² and a width of 3,000 mm.
The ten-colour range is available for compatible blind systems and material enquiries. It is useful to assess when a room needs stronger light control and the specification also calls for a documented flame-retardant fabric.

Somme’s material documentation identifies its stated fire performance. The completed blind still needs a suitable fixing and operating arrangement. If low light levels are important, describe the room’s use so perimeter gaps and other sources of light can be considered.
