About this system
C74 is intended for projects where light around the blind matters as much as light through the fabric. Its cassette, side channels, bottom detail, baffles and pile seals work with blackout cloth to form a dedicated light-control assembly.
A magnetic detachable crank operates the heavy-duty mechanism. It offers manual control without an electrical feed and can be useful where operation should remain with staff. The complete opening needs to be assessed so the perimeter detail supports the required result.
Define the required result
Tell us whether the room is used for presentations, examination, imaging or another task with a specific light requirement. Where there is an acceptance criterion, it should be identified before quotation so the product and installation can be assessed against it.
Check the bottom detail
The standard assembly includes a bottom channel. An arrangement where the bar closes onto a sill is also available, but the sill condition and sealing detail need to be considered before that alternative is selected.
