1. Louvers are jammed / not rotating.
2. Pull the control chain.
3. Do the runners rotate normally? If
yes return the runners to the open position and add the louvers
4. If
no , check if any of the pegs within the headrail have been pushed in.
If they have , using a pair of pliers, gently pull the pegs back out.
5. Do the pegs now rotate normally? If yes repeat point 3.
1. Pull on the chain until it is completely restricted
2. At this point you will need to pull on the chain with force. You will hear a grinding noise this is normal.
3. You will start to see each of the travellers start to align .
4. Repeat Step 2 pulling chain in the opposite direction until travellers are fully aligned.
5. Did this align all the pegs? If
no gently rotate the lazy traveller with a pair of pliers. Traveller will click into place.
